Scope:
Zoner is a project I am working on in collaboration with my former employer and architect March Chadwick. He is planning on improving his existing product by attracting new users. Currently, the state of the back-end is very well thought out but the UX and the font-end needs work. That's were I come in. The goal is to revamp the UX for the on boarding page and the main site. The first step is to revisit the user research and pin point the product's main user(s). During this stage, I will gain feedback on their Zoning processes and their experiences with the current site. After all the feedback is collected, I will then begin the design process.
